I'm sorry, but I don't know what to tell you, other than make sure something (anti-virus, spyware scanner, or other security application) isn't preventing it from changing, and also, if your not using a Windows Default skin, it won't work (For instance if your using StyleXP or Window Blinds.)

s far as I know, all XP versions, because MCE is professional with a pretty skin and a fancy (HAHA) media player.
