Reviews for "Windows XP Start Hack"

i did it....

but start didnt change...

i did EVRYTHING as it was supposed to... and no errors popped up...

it just didnt do anything...

jpoke89 responds:

I'm sorry, please check your security software, and be sure that you are not using a non-standard skin, and try again...
Thanks for the review.

2 cheats, 1 tutorial!

i did it!

but while i was doing it, i found another hack

instead of opening up 37, open up 35 an there should be click here to begin

change it and the do what you did with explorer start menu

restart explorer.exe and whatever you tiped in should appearinstead of click here to begin

p.s click here to begin appears if you keep your mouse over ur start enu for about 5 seconds

jpoke89 responds:

Good! I know most of these, however i chose to do Start because I figured it would appeal more to "Regular" users than anything else, since you see "start" when you have most anything open, aside from full screen things.
Thanks for the review!

good

Theres one thing...I CANT CHANGE MY START WORD TO ANYTHING i also cannot find explorer.exe , only explorer so...yeah.... can you help me?

jpoke89 responds:

Check your security software, and explorer is explorer.exe, you have "Hide known file extensions" enabled in folder options.
Thanks for the review.

jpoke89 responds:

It is a cool hack, and I'm sorry it doesn't work, check your security software, and check that your not using a non-standard skin. Also, I'm not running Vista, I am using Windows XP Media Center Edition Professional.

my problem is i tried to change start to programs but it wouldn't change ...so....

jpoke89 responds:

Check antiviruses and other security software, and be sure your not using a non-standard skin.
