I must say, this animation, although not the best I've seen, is really good for it's style. I look forward to seeing sequals.
Robot Chicken-esque
I forget when, but I remember you posting up this same character before and were aiming for a Robot Chicken-like design. This one is much better since it is slightly longer. Still, I wish that it was even longer. You've got great potential for creating a good series here if you keep up your style and humor.
