thanks robert for supplying such a magnificent game to this maginificent site it was so good I almost cried! and the music was awe-some no awe-alot because first off I love dragons and the backrounds remind me of how im from ireland. but yeah. thanks it was awe-alot
my pleasure turboturtle5 - I like dragons too, mostly because I wish I could fly:) My great grandfather's from Ireland - some of that might have trickled down into my style today - u never know!
Perfection.
There are 5 bosses on this game, all of which are more than a simple kill to proceed character, but have their own stories to them. I loved the direction that this was taken, simply because I have never seen anything like it before. Excellent job on the small details as well, I enjoyed lighting the continent on fire as I flew to the next boss. The final boss, the huge dragon of doom, was the perfect final face-off, with just the right amount of challenge built in to keep it interesting. Also, to others out there, some parts of this game take awhile to progress, so if it seems like you have been in the plains on a loop for 5 minutes, wait 5 more :P You will find that everything progresses eventually.
Long time no review
To start i want to say that this is by far the most superb game i have ever seen on Newgrounds.
The graphics are just awesome! Very stylish flash. When you are playing this with a sub woofer you will love this even more! Every boss has another way of beating it. This reminds me of old school games on the Atari Lynx! I don't think it can get any better then this ! Please go on and make an part 2!
ps. Maybe polish up the story line or something? or make a menu !
A stoke of genius!
this is just so brilliantly made, the story (simple but profound), the graphics make it look oldskool but it uses 'fake' 3D better than any other game I've ever played. and as I code myself, I can see what a work of art this is, every new location something made my jaw drop, espescially being able dip under the water, and the last bit of the last boss the perspective changes almost made me cry (in a good way! :D)
