Not good. The 'sexual' scene didn't sound right, and most of it was a bit dull, save from sugar in the eyes, and abrupt ending.
What's with the tits as well? Lost points for them.

I suppose you lack in depth reviews, seeing as most of the people on Newgrounds are often reviewing something along the lines of the following.
"OMG THAT WAS HAWT DRAW HER NAKED PLZ" or "Man you rock so much and your drawings are so hawt if anyone hates dis you r gay."
However, I highly disagree. Sure, this flash was good, but the awards it got was, eh, too much.
Daily 1st- This is understandable IF Newgrounds was having a slow day. However, the anime and "big boobs" were what netted this. I honestly believe this should have earned a Daily 2nd at best.
Weekly 3rd- I said Daily 2nd. According to that, there is no way in hell this could have gotten a Weekly 3rd. This flash was indeed overrated, just as most of Illwill's old work was, gaining weekly awards while lacking obvious skill. I'm not saying you don't have skill, but that you are getting these awards for the wrong reasons. People will always vote up anime and boobs.

Graphics-7-They are pleasing too the eye, there is a little bit of FBF, mostly tweens.
Style-2- Anime is getting old, and all the "otaku" are overzealous.
Sound-4-It was ok, nothing special. Just some talking. And the sound quality of that fat kid wasn't exactly great.
Violence-1-That kid obviously had slow reaction time, a normal person would have closed their eyes at the flying at them. However, where the hell did the sugar come from?
Interactivity-1- Play/Replay. Nothing special, but this isn't a big section when it comes to movies.
Humor-1-I didn't exactly find the humor in this. Though I understood where you were trying to put it in, it just wasn't funny to me. The Garbage Fairy was just a random thing, and I hope you weren't aiming at humoring anyone with that. The sex joke was already overused, and usually isn't very successful unless it is in live action movie, or done with extreme amounts of animation. The still :O isn't very great for this situation.
I hope you do understand that your highly overrated. Not to be insulting to you or your animation skills, but this movie and others of yours have scores which wouldn't be near this much if Newgrounds wasn't filled with Hentai Loving "Otaku's" desperate for some sort of interaction with a woman.
I hope to see some sort of response, as I have a couple of questions that I asked that I wish to have answered.

a total lack of originality. Anime spreads everywhere, and honestly, I don't think that NG's population needs any more anime toons, stuffed with people laughing for silly thing.
The entire toon is light: light the humor, light the situations, light the emotions, light everything. we could call it "the void projected on a monitor".
It's pointless: yes, u enjoy doing those jokes (de gustibus non disputandum est), but then? shall we enjoy too, by seeing you doing them?
Oh, and please: find as quick as u can a style of your own.

All it's got going for it is the anime-like style of animation - which I like. This flash did not make me laugh or smile. I think it has potential though, better luck next time.
