Thank you spiderchick19! I'm glad you liked the game!
The end of game music was written by my good mate Davey J (www.bellends.co.uk).
The next game (Amoeba Amoeba) is in development and is looking really good - I'm just waiting on more artwork from a very busy character designer
He he he Purple Bears he he he
I liked the enemies and the way that they came out of the comic he was reading when he went to bed that happens to me alot be playing a game or reading something then WHAM you wake up and it is like 6 hours later good game though the bears were awesome but that thing with the shield that shot out of its ass like a cannon was just laying waste to me but thanks for making this game it is worthy of my 10 points keep'em coming
Thanks GrimReaper409! I'm glad you enjoyed the game!
Yeah, we made the end boss very hard - one of the criticisms of my previous beat 'em up Take to the Streets was that the boss wasn't that much harder than regular characters - we perhaps went too far this time!
Thanks again!
Very fun :p
Dont know why BriSabrina hatin on the cartoon theme...you ask me anything else would be stupid. Great job on this game had me playin for a while. Even liked the lil mini game hehe :p. Keep up the good work. With a little more work and even an rpg theme this could have been a go getter. 2 thumbz up d('.'d)
Thanks crackakillin! I'm glad you liked the mini game - I tried several, including a mini Breakout style of game, but settling on the Space Invaders style.
And RPG theme, eh? I thought about including points that could be allocated to speed, strength and stamina, but decided I'd rather the game remained arcadey.
Nice one!
pretty good
i dont really like the cartoon theme, and its really hard, but overall pretty cool.. not as good as TTTS
The cartoon theme won't be to everyone's taste (I know from your review of TTTS that some of the digitised graphics, erm, appealed to you! ;)), but then again digitised sprites drew criticism from Flash purists.
End of Nightmares was produced because I already had the basic engine from Take to the Streets, and embee's artwork was so good that it seemed a shame to let the engine go to waste. That said, I don't plan on making a third game using the engine.
a li'l bit
i think you made it a little bit too much like streets of rage, but overall, a pretty good game
Thanks remthemen! Streets of Rage was a big influence on EON's predecessor, Take to the Streets.
