im giving u a high score because this is yourr first flash, and for a begginer your pretty good. keep on trying and try to to make the characters: A) move more life like, B) move faster and C)make the lines straighter.
( i also noticed one thing ,im a fan of 40k and wondered why the tau took like 10 shots to kill while a space marine took 1? the space marines are perhaps the best equiped normal infantry in the game)

I'm not saying anything about the video itself, but about some other things...
The Mon'Tau is, in essence, the devil. That's not the most accurate description, but it's far from their slogan, which is the Tau'va.
I like the basis behind your story line, but it still needs a bit of work. If you're interested in doing one about Tau, you should read William Kinds "Fire Warrior" (I think it was him...). The game was utter garbage, but the book was fantastic. Other novels regarding Space Marines would also show you how resiliant a Space Marine is. If you want any help regarding story line just e-mail me and I'd be happy to help.
And a tip on Tau names. They go like this: Caste/Rank, Homeworld, Name.
For example
Shas'Ui T'au Kais
He is a member of the Fire Caste (signified by 'Shas') and is the second lowest rank, basically a sargent ('Ui), his home world is T'au (the Tau homeworld). The name Kais is given to him because he is partiucularly skilful (Kais meaning Skilful in the Tau language). The last name is always earned based on the individual.
Ranks:
Trainee = 'aal
Trooper = 'la
Sargent = 'ui
Luietenant = 'vre
Captain = 'el
General = 'o
Castes:
Fire = Shas
Air = Kor
Water = Por
Earth = Fio
Ethereal = Aun
It was ok...
There are many things that need to be fixed. First and foremost, MONT'AU DOES NOT MEAN "THE GREATER GOOD"!!!! I can't stress this enough! In fact, Mont'au is the direct opposite of the Greater Good. The literal translation of "Mont'au" is "the terror". It is used for the time of war before the Tau race was united, and is essentially synonomous with Chaos. The correct term for "greater good" would be "tau'va".
That vessel looks nothing like Tau craft. Look up Battlfleet Gothic and find some pictures of tau vessels. Tau only have 3 fingers and a thumb. You drew them having 4 and a thumb. Big mistake. Also, Tau have hooves. A squad of Fire Warriors would not be deployed in a Devilfish if they're in a starship, they'd deploy in an Orca Dropship. Why would a Fire Warrior go into battle without any sort of weapon? And finally, a Pulse Rifle is caseless. It either fires plasma, or it fires a thin (1 mole) strip of metal accelerated magnetically to great velocities. And, in all likelihood, they'd just fizzle against Power Armour (unless it hit just the right spot on the backpack, then bang). Tau don't use "general" or "captain", they'd used Shas'O for a general and "Shas'El" or "Shas'Vre" for Captain. And why would a single fire warrior squad be deployed against Space Marines? They'd be slaughtered! It's not like every one of them is a Kais.
