It wasn't smoking pot that killed them, it was the action of doing so. He was holding it and taking a hit. It was just the action. It would have been the same if he had been smoking a cigarette, it would have been the same if he was on the phone, it would have been the same if he was taking out a piece of gum! It was the action of doing so, not the effect. Marijuana, like I've said before, is better for you than alot of stuff nowadays, including McDonalds food, along with other fast food.
