until it gets about halfway through...i didnt really care for the mixup in the middle...too much going on and it didnt go well with your voice i think...i think that u should keep the slow acoustic style throughout the whole piece...just my thoughts

Eureka! Maybe that's what I have been missing this whole time...it doesn't need to change so dramatically. I have never been able to get back from that middle part probably because it DOES NOT BELONG THERE! It is a cool part in and of itself, just not in this song. How about this?
Right before the last lick loops for the last time, break off into the "you will never catch the dragon" riff, use that as a new verse, and use your last "mary don't you listen" part as a chorus from then on out, and this whole song could just be the intro to a longer song.

I think the energy doesn't get out of control and just swallow the song. Sometimes it can mess a whole song up. Nice job!
