Zoe is an arrogant and highly ambitious filmmaker who dreams of fame and adoration. The only problem is, everyone else in the world has been decimated by a nuclear apocalypse. Zoe, now the lone survivor in the wasteland that was once Ireland, is trying to keep her dream alive by turning the disaster into a work of art that she hopes will be hailed as an instant classic when - or rather, if - society rises from the ashes. Armed with her trusty camera, Zoe sets out to film whatever she can find.

Serpent City was my thesis film in my fourth year of college. It was a pretty ambitious undertaking, as I was the sole director, writer, animator and artist. And I only had about nine months to make it, which isn't as much time as you'd think when there's so many plates to keep spinning at once. I'm not overly thrilled with the end result, but I'm fairly proud of the work I put in and I hope you enjoy my little film!
