Incredibly well done. The meaning of the title is revealed at the ending, and, well, was quite a surprise. Art is exquisite and a bit gross, but I suppose it's okay. Sounds are fine. Didn't find any bugs either.
Game is somewhat hard - It's mostly a matter of keep mashing "fire" button and time jumps accordingly (There are tons of much more unforgiving platformers around)
Last (secret) level is the hardest in the game, but not very hard. Just a bit. It requires 100% coins, which in turn require some of the top tier boots. Just remember to save $6,000 for no reason in particular.
