hes talking slow because with the program he was using didnt let him lipsinc but he had to talk while watching the animation

you should add more colour to make the scene better, and talk a little louder so we can hear what your saying, and the movement was all slow 2, its not that ur voice is wiered but when you talk on it it sounds like your reading it off a piece of paper
never mind that what was funny was at the beginning his tounge looked like a boner when he was talking lol.
