TmsT's Zero Wing Rhapsody

Share Collapse

How are you gentle "All Your Base" fans!
At last, an anime-style musical remake of the infamous "All Your Base"/Zero Wing intro, with the words set to a well-known piece of music by Queen... with a few extra references thrown in for good measure, and completely redrawn graphics.
UPDATE: March 4 - Thanks for the guitar tuition, people! I've fixed that visual inconsistency just for you. Thanks for being so patient and not using that consistency error as an excuse to do a Comic Book Guy and deduct points. ^_^ T.O.E.Z.!!

UPDATE: Dec 29, 2008: The music can be downloaded here:

i did not expect this to be so funny

Well, what can I even say about this? When I first saw this, I was completely disappointed. Now I realize it's one of the best cartoons ever! It's seriously one of the most smoothly animated "All Your Base" cartoons ever made. I didn't realize there could be even dialogue to cover a six minute song.

It's amazing how I've grown to love this. You really do put a lot of emotion into these characters. AYB really has died out since than. Anything "Bohemian Rhapsody" related has to get a great score from me, if not a perfect one. When he said "chance" he sounded British. So nice to know this has over 500,000 views.

Using lighters onboard spaceships in outer space is dangerous.

If Sega had devoted some of their spare time to the translation, this gem would not exist.

Looking back from 2023.

At the time of this writing, the US is expanding the number of it's bases in the Philippines.
