The types of people I just can't stand the most are those macho freaks that say "eat meat to put some meat on them bones" or those wrongly taught ignorant omnivores that also say "did you know that you have to eat meat once in your life or you'll be dead from lack of nutrients"
these people I just can not stand.

You'll have to eat quite a lot of animals then.
Anyway... My girlfriend is doing her best to become vegetarian too, but it's quite hard for her at the moment.
One thing I made her clear: Do not become vegetarian for me. I don't want her motivation for being vegetarian to be me. It should be because of what she thinks of it, not what I think. And I'm also perfectly fine with it if she wouldn't (try) to be vegetarian, it doesn't matter to our love at all.

Yeh, my brother tried he started getting headaches and runny noses, so it is hard for lots of people.
I'm glad I didn't have any problems with it. Though I had to try a second time before it actually worked out. It's pretty hard becoming vegetarian as the only one in your family.

Seen it before. Some guy in the metal hell was talking about how brutal (as in, awesome) it was, but we assed him.
that video was disturbing, I am now freaked out at how wrong that is since pigs are my favorite animal, more of a reason to strengthen this choice.

Yes but still did you see what D3NTATUS said some hardcore people love this kinda stuff, infact 2 of my brothers ( I have 6 brothers ) love that stuff, Rob the youngest, has a picture of a mutilated arm on the ground as a poster!

Is it okay if I say THAT IS DISTURBING! anyways I cannot imagine how butchers sleep at night after what they do.
i fail to see how someone can do that (work in a slaughterhouse) for 8 hours a day and not have it affect them...
no good comes from it at all.....i had some morningstar fake chicken nuggets tonight for dinner...they taste just the same...it doesn't take that much more effort to make the choice to eat those instead of animals, and yet, few make that choice.
sad:<

Yes thats a very good thought that many would have to agree.
But again some people enjoy it!

STOP SPOILING IT DOUCHEBAG
Damn. I'm disgusted. Do these people just think animals don't feel a thing? do they think animalse are just plain feelingless objects?
Hi there :D
I'm not vegetarian, and I'm not trying to flame this thread, but:
I've heard many vegetarians say that they don't eat meat and all that stuff because animals have rights, and it's way better for the environment. But however, plants have lives too and no-one says anything about their rights (if that even exists). Plants are very important for the environment too, without them we wouldn't have oxygen, for example.
I always wanted to know... What's your response to this?
Also, I'm not against vegetarianism, it's just curiosity. I know that it's healthier in certain ways and, for example, lowers the risks of cancer and heart diseases, which is a great thing :)
