Hello all and welcome to my 5th Pentalist update. Here, I've (re)-introduced the totals + averages of all stats and the list of all Pentalisters, Quadlisters and Triplelisters, which were on gfoxcook's updates.

If you're wondering why I'm making the update on a Friday rather than a Saturday, it's because I won't have much time tomorrow. Tomorrow morning and afternoon, I'll be at my friend's house, while in the evening, I'll be going to my uncle's stagnight. Unfortunately, no-one fucking told me my uncle's stagnight was going to be this Saturday, so I'm rather annoyed at everyone in my family. Not because it messed up my update schedules for this week, but because they often not tell me these important things! Why that happens all the time, I don't know.

Anyway, welcome to four new 2x10k entries for this update, who are DareDevilGuy, Dew, Gagsy and ParadoxSaint! DareDevilGuy entered with a combination of 10k EXP and 10k posts; Dew entered with 10k EXP and 10k saves, while Gagsy and ParadoxSaint entered with 10k saves and 10k posts.

There were six status changers for this update. alhill, courtday, Glamdrung, MetalDart, milinko959 and ThePunisher52 have moved from 2x10k to 3x10k.

The easiest of the stats in my opinion. Oh well, the easy one is out of the way now on to the harder stats. Congrats on everyone else.

Corky52 has a good chance of becoming a Quadlister sometime. Right now, he's a very active user on Newgrounds and has 4.5k blams, 5k EXP and 7k posts.

I have a feeling that the posts will come first, blams might come second, and then followed in by my experience, but I guess the last two all depend on how active I am in B/P. I do plan on doing nothing but blamming submissions though as soon as I reach SC just so my totals can even out a little more. I know this may drop me down in the rankings in B/P, but I rather have a nice average between the two. The 10,000 posts might be this year, but if not I'm sure it will be shortly after the year is over so I will officially by on this list by next year guaranteed unless something terrible happens in my life that doesn't allow me to come to newgrounds.

Reviews on the other hand.. >.< It would be nice to have 10,000 total reviews someday, but I know for a fact that isn't going to happen.

Anyways, I gained another rank. I passed carmelhadinosaur it seems, who used to be high up in the ranks a few years ago I believe. So that´s pretty cool :) By the next update I should be able to pass whistmy and Cyberdevil fairly easily, along with Rowenuts and altr. I might say I'm surprised the blam average is dropping faster than the save average is rising, but I'm not really surprised because I also noticed this:

Saves gained in this update barely exceeded exp gained in this update. Lots and lots of inactive b/pers in the 242 folk on the pentalist right now... I guess everyone was sleeping it off after the insanity of Clock Day.

I know I "barely" got any saves on Madness Day due to being all saved out from Clock Day, for instance... but still, I at least contributed more saves than exp to the cause. I haven't slipped below 10 saves per day, even with no power for a week due to a freaking hurricane. COME ON, YOU LAZY FOLK. Save moar. #;-}>

With the exceptions of SevenStar's deletion and the RedFox/skatergrl name/account swap, no drastic, dramatic, upheaval-ish things have ever gone down on the pentalist to my recollection, no.

Eh, I've been to it on both servers now, and neither way do I get teh pop-ups ads on Opera. Just the usual inoffensive side or top ads or whatever. Haven't checked with Firefox.

Hm. Well, if you say that right now they're gaining/losing at around 150 per month... and their gap is around 3000 (which it's much less than, really)... that means each has to lose/gain 1500 to meet in the middle, which... coincidentally enough... has ten 150s in it, nice and neat!

So that'd be 10 months if things go as they did in September just past.... I take it you're banking on a slowdown of one or the other stat's decline/advance. But I'm not so sure we can count on that.

So I'm going to go with... a nice "to term pregnancy timespan" of 9 months as my guess.

Firefox isn't so good against pop-ups these days. It was kick ass back in 2004, but now most sites are able to get around its pop-up blocker. I heard there was a way to disable ALL pop-ups, but that means disabling the flash pop-ups on NG, so I'm saying no to that.

By game reviewers, I'm pretty sure you mean IGN, Gamespot and the like. And beta testers, I don't think there were any for Big Rigs, because one of them must have spotted the limitless reverse speed glitch.

Hello all and welcome to Bahamut's 2x10k Pentalist update #6! Here, we have our new #1 on the list, Afro_Stud! So a big congrats goes to him! Unfortunate for Molotov, though since he only had hold of the top spot for a short while.

Welcome to three new 2x10k entries for this update, who are DarKsidE555, Exedor and the-puppet! DarKsidE555 entered with a combination of 10k EXP and 10k saves, Exedor entered with a combination 10k EXP and 10k blams while the-puppet entered with 10k blams and 10k saves.

There were only two status changers for this update. The late Major-Punk and SlashFirestorm, who both moved from 2x10k to 3x10k.

Enjoy my 6th 2x10k Pentalist update!

NEXT UPDATE: 29th November 2008

I think I can be get 10k saves by the end of my next holidays.
Which will be around the end of February.

I did! :)

I gained 13 spots and +1800 stats. But I'm still too far away to get triple listed. Still almost 2000 blams until I have three 10k stats. I guess my Saves will reach 20k before my blams hit 10k. :/
Now, posts and reviews are even farther away from hitting 10k any time soon. ^^

Also, Major-Punk went from 2x10k to 3x10? Looks like a friend of him used his account to... well, which of his stats went up from 9,xxx to 10k?

I've not moved up this update at all, though I did manage to get myself a lot closer to passing Andersson, LockClock and Seamonky. I'll just have to keep plugging away and get myself past the next point, which is 80k Total points :)

And I lost one spot and +700 points. I went down because Toocool100 overtook me. However, as long as I'm aiming for blams rather than saves, I'm cool with it.

It was EXP. His friend must have deposited his account between the latest EXP update and this one. I noticed he was sitting at 9990 EXP for a few months and just made another deposit recently.

This seems to be the only list where I´m still climbing at a decent rate. Again I gained a couple of ranks, 4 this time, and it looks like I can easily gain another 2 or 3 ranks on the next update. Which almost brings me into the top 70 :)

Congrats to Afro indeed. I´m still wondering what´s keeping Afro on Newgrounds for so long. I remember he left the BBS and stopped reviewing long ago. Somewhere back in ´06 if I can remember it well. So .. why does he want to keep that insane bp pace if he´s already the #1 bp´er and now the #1 pentalister? Doesn´t he get tired of it? Or is he aiming to become #1 in both blams and saves as well?

Yeah, I've got up to 78k points, so it'll take me about another month to reach the 80k plateau
