Okay, it's finished... Well, maybe. I was too lazy to give her something to sit on, so now she's just floating there.

Yep, that was me.
Have you tried shading with Flash yet? I'm not saying you should, I'm just wondering if you've tried it before.

Thanks, again. :)
As for your art, its very decent and in some pics you need to get the proportions checked. Also that devil girl is very meaty in a sensual way lmao
good work, keep it up.

I think she looks more like a woman than a girl.
Lol, "meaty."

If it's about the drawings on page 1 and the chibi redesigns, I can definitely agree. If any from page 2 or 3, which ones do you think could be improved?

good work, keep it up.
Thanks :)
Hey cool art. It's funny. I have a deviant art page too.
A quick sketch of a friend of mine. Though I feel like she could be a little more detailed.
wow your friend has a big forhead....maybe you should practice on facial features or read an anatomy book....but your art has went up a slight level....but practice would make you better

She kinda looks like Midian. Do you have a reference pic?

Lol, I should probably save the forehead exaggeration for the more cartoony version. Thanks for the critique.

There is no reference; I drew her from memory.
I recently found the USB cable to my camera, so now I can post some of my other drawings I drew on bigger sheets of paper.
I drew this in a Life Drawing class on toned paper using compressed charcoal. I've taken a liking to using it; it's much easier to shade with than a regular pencil.

As I said before, visual styles may vary.
Another one drawn with the same materials.

Wow youre 2 last coal drawings kick your pencil stuff's ass, its the other way 'round with me :P
Started off as a doodle, now she looks like this.
Self portrait drawn from a mirror.

The materials I used were black compressed charcoal, a kneaded eraser, some napkins (for smudging), black vine charcoal, and a white charcoal pencil. The estimated time is 3½ days. If I worked on this non-stop, I probably would've spent at least 8 hours.
Unlike the other sketch a few posts back, I put more effort into this one. I still have yet to redraw her digitally. I think the most difficult part was trying to figure out which way her hair should flow.

Her arms could be a little bit longer, but other than that she looks pretty badass. :)
Unless I can think of something else, this will probably be my last drawing for 2008. Happy New Year!

You improved a lot over the last year. Keep at it.

Thanks. Most of my drawings will most likely look like that for a while. Even though I also like the style, I still have an urge to color them in. Unfortunately for me, my laptop's USB ports are broken and the touchpad doesn't cooperate at times. I'm trying to save money so I can buy a new laptop and a drawing tablet.
I might as well test the other one.

No more of these "color tests" for me.

Been wanting to do this one for a while.
