So true.
Your biggest flaws in there, are definelly the proportions and the hands
You need smoother traces, making the body not so flat and blocky
Hands are a real pain, so I suggest you practice ALOT, watching pictures or your own hands. Do severeal doodles, the more time you spend with drawing without any real purpose besides training, the better
You have almost everything else right. With practice, these can turn out really good

All of them, basically
Trying out a different chibi style. It's been a few months since I doodled one.
Trying out a different pose and angle. Does she look older compared to the last drawing, or just less cartoony?

Drawing her nose was the most difficult portion for me. I wanted to try something besides a curved black line.

One character in a different outfit...

Yet another redesign. The earlier version a couple pages back looked a bit unrealistic. Plus her outfit didn't match with the story anymore.

Septuplet posting? Shit...
Lots of parts I'm considering adding or changing (Having her left arm showing? Different facial expression? Different kind of dress?).
Critiques are always welcome, just try not to be vague about it.
It's been too long since I sketched out a guy.
Im seeing some real improvment here.. Really nice.. good sketch that last one..

Thanks very much :)
Just thought I'd pose a redraw of my demoness before I be on my merry way.

You are definately improving. Over the last page you artwork has shown some great improvements, the demonness being your best yet IMO, Keep up the good work

Thanks!
Another rare case of male sketching. The earlier pic of him needed some work done. This time I drew his whole body and gave him some torso armor.
One of my older drawings redrawn in my current style. You can check out the larger version in the Art Portal.
Still working on the nose. I think this is my first try at drawing it from a standard 3/4 angle, rather than the "looking up" and "looking down" 3/4 angles.
these are cool but i dont like how you do realistic shading with bold black line boarders for the body parts. maybe you can consider doing the line the same color as the body part to make the drawing more realistic. i think boarding the characters with bold black lines are for more cartoonish effects to contain colors.

I always had a feeling that particular combination wouldn't work that well. For some time now, I've been having trouble deciding whether I should use cartoon shading effects or realistic outlining.
One of my other concerns is that the tools I'm currently using take way too much time to draw digitally. How much does a decent drawing tablet cost?
You're getting your proportions better with each sketch. Although you still make your legs comically long, but in a way the brain barely notices when looking at it objectively.
This signature is not true

i got a good tablet for 199 3 years ago that is like 4x6 dimensions. i dont draw that much but when i do it does a really good job. you should invest in one though it is just like drawing on paper. you have to adjust to your physical drawing being scaled a little to your screen but that is ok.

Anger is one of this character's common emotions.
The face was too close to a side view that I couldn't draw the nose realistically, but at least I had a chance to draw her body from the back.
Finally, a different character! This young lady's named after a drug.
Still trying to get the hang of the Wacom tablet I got last week. I was able to try it out on her hair and sleeves, but other than that, everything else was pretty much drawn the same way as before.
I didn't notice this until after I posted it, but her left eye seemed kinda oddly shaped, given the angle she's facing. Let me know if it looks better or worse.
