According to WikiShit, the war ended when the capital of South Vietnam, Saigon fell to North Korea. I guess they won.
Then again, I know jack-shit about the Vietnam war.

Yeah. Also, another major reason why America was not successful was because there was almost no public support. IIRC, the president made a bad call, and withdrew as soon as he realized that noone appreciated him for it.
