Drawing - because I think it would be cute...
Eyes - he's puking up eyes because he hasn't got any teeth and he has to suck out the eyes to get to the brains, and it's a well known fact that zombies can't digest eyes. Tests have proven this!
Umbilical - because the OB who delivered him was a zombie and bit the cord off, thus making him a zombie. Poor little guy never had a chance...
