What was up with Zidane though? Horrid way to end a career, its like if MJ beat up Karl Malone in the Finals, then retired. And, I thought they should have kept Henri there for the PK's, but he was getting tired.

Shut up. The France penalty shouldn't have been and Zidane definatley deserved his red. So if anything Italy got the bad deal.

Well, I don't think it's necessarily ended. I think he might still be playing club football, there was even a rumor he'll come to play for the Red Bulls in the States. That would really be something.

If you ask me, I'd say he planned this shit out. He had oppurtunities on the feild, but couldn't get them. The anger finally got to him, with that conversation with that italian player, and he snapped.

It sucks that the game was decided in a shootout, but good on Italy. I wasn't cheering for them, but they played a great tournament. The French also deserve accolade for playing a great game (well, except Zidane).

Eucch, I don't want Zidane on the Red Bull. Our team has been shit enough for years, even with Tim Howard, Clint Mathis, etc. Adding Zidane would just be wasteful.
