While it is possible the user made it (since they don't upload everything posted on G55, just mostly shooters), the rate they comes out at the least makes it spam-shovelware (also malicious since the game tries to force a Facebook login to mine your personal info)

This is also fishy, it was submitted by the same person who doesn't have any previous shown experience with these things, as well as the thumbnail being a random computer screen, which is something the author of this would not put as the thumbnail. I would agree with that. I think it would be worth flagging for review as there is reasonable doubt. I think mods have the capability to see email and other normally hidden details which may confirm legitimacy.

This one is a slideshow. The uploader says nothing about creating any of the art, and there is no art on their account page. The artstyles vary as well. Also no music credit. What would the flagging category be? Stolen?

Yep. I screenshot one of the images and reverse searched. Couldn't find the actual original, but one of them is used on a Sandy X Sponge fanfic. This image links to a dead dA account.

Radius College is a legit place in the Netherlands, so I guess it would be determining who has the most rights. If the games were developed as part of a program and collected under the college account (as it is, with the author named in the titles), does that preclude the authors from submitting them on their own? If someone knows Dutch and wants to have a chat with them maybe?

It's from cheshyre - Calliope (2007), used in 43 different submissions which credited properly. Never actually used in a Krinkels Madness submission.
