Like I said...if it's not animated, save it as a .jpg

If it's not a compression problem, create a layer on top of all of your layers. Now take the polygon lasso, and selects all of the white bits. Take a hugh brush with 24272b colour and brush over it.

Two solutions.

ONE --> Make a new layer, below all the other layers. Fill it with #24272b.

TWO --> On the optimising screen, where it sasy "Matte" and there's a box filled with white, click on the box, and change the colour to #24272b.

Thats just it, I can\'t see the white in photoshop. If I export without the transparent bg it works fine. I will try the other suggestions and just use the color.
