Well If you have it for the playstation then it really isn't worth a second look. But if your someone like me who never owned it then you should get involved in the franchise. Guitar hero offers all the same songs as ps2 and some more bonus tracks. Also they promise the addition of new songs through xbox live. I think they will use that for advertising since MTV owns guitar hero now. I would have loved to put it on HD TV and I still do, But With HD's Guitar hero says it will get lag and It does ask you to calibrate in order to acomidate. So you have this dawning in the back of your head that could be doing better. Other than that I recommend it fully 8.9/10

Anyone get Gutair Hero 2??? That is a great game. I highly recomend it, but its a bit expensive. Still worth it though, because it has extremely addictive gameplay.

Yeah, but it is worth the cash. Around me, games cost 60 and controllers 40 or 50, so with gutair hero you save money or pay the same as a game and contreller. Also, it is definetly worth all the cash.

Guitar Hero 2 is amazing.

Yup, my fav game. Havent played any other game since i bought it. The songs are so addicting to play, cause you keep getting better...

I heard awsome news today that quake 3 is coming to ebox live arcade, i loved this game on pc its one of the best online multiplayer fps ever (top 3 at least), if it comes with free mod downloads it will be amazing and easily the best multiplayer game avalible from arcade.

How the fuck are you supposed to hold a controller and type on that keypad? Your thumbs naturally rest up by the XYAB and left analogue stick, just try stretching them down past the headset port.

While I think it looks pretty sleek and cool, I think it's a bad idea. I would need a couple extra thumbs to hold it so it's not extremely awkward. Like many have said before, I think a seprate keyboard would be much better.

If you're looking for a good dungeon crawler I would suggest Marvel ult. Aliance. Believe it or not it was a pretty decent game. Your character is highly customizable and it brought me back to the days of bauldar's gate. I would give it a 8.5 out of 10. Also it highly recommended you get a friend because the transition from single player to multiplayer is seamless.

If you are looking for a racing game Then I would say Need for speed Carbon. That game is a solidly good racing game. And it is more involved than its predecessors. Also you can go online and race people from around the world. You can even wager gamer points or other things. I would say 8.3/10

Well Also being a guitar player I have to say the easy mode and medium mode offer little chalenge since our hands already know how to move on their own. But the expert and hard features actually are fun and challenging since it does require a little slide and trills. Some times I just feel like doing that over messing around with my monotone. And it is a great multiplayer game

8.3/10 for carbon! are you on drugs! its one of the worst racing games iv played in my life! the graphics are pretty average, unlocking new custom racing kits is long, all cars handle pretty much the same as in badly and the races are quite boring.
If your going for a racer wait for forza motorsport 2 which is out at the end of this month (uk,may be out in us already?), the customising is just as good as carbon (from the first forza) plus the racing is amazing.

And btw for the keyboard apprently you are going to be able to plug in a standard usb keyboard anyway.

guitar hero was originaly a PS2 game and was never developed by microsoft.

To black Flame. Have you tried cleaning it with a very soft cloth? By very soft I mean a high quality screen cloth. I had that same problem with one my games (Saints Row) and It ran swimmingly.

No, it looks like a giant scratch so I didn't bother trying to clean it.
It still works well but I'm concerned about it.
AND I got an internal error screen today with one flashing red light so in other words, my Xbox is screwed.
