I watched the double feature episode from Japan of 250 and 251.
The conclusion to Franky's origin was awesome and Sanji prepping to save Robin was even more kick ass.

No new chapter this week. Oda is taking a break. But there's some new One Piece figureines coming out in Japan of Smoker, Nami in her W7 outfit, and Bellemere (Nami's foster mother.)

Just 23 more days until Volume 40 comes out. My predictions for V. 40 will be the Galley-La/Franky Family fight with Oimo and Karsee at the beginning of the book and it will end with Luffy revealing his new power up Gear Second.
Hopefully we'll get some funny SBS's and cool pictures in the Usopp Pirate Gallery.
The title will probably be called "Fired" "Damage Report" "There is a Way" or "Gear"
The titles are named after chapters. So that's how I guessed.

ADC Heaven is the name. They only do recent episodes and the subbing (words) suck.
I suggest downloading from K-F as the best option.

Robin is the most recent nakama (crewmate) to join. Though currently, the cyborg Franky seems to be a running to join as the shipwright.

Franky hasn't joined just yet but if he does (most likely when) he will be the shipwright. Just because he plays the guitar, people get the impression he's a musicion.
His powers? He's a cyborg that he converted himself into when he had his body destroyed by the sea train. He can extend his arm with a chain, breath fire, shoot nails from his mouth, his front side is nearly bulletproof (he still bleeds a little,) turn his arm into a shield, make speedos look good (this one's a joke,) and the best part, turn his legs into a centaur like shape.

A shipwright is someone who builds and repairs ships. When you first met Franky, you thought he was a bounty hunter and ship dismanteler. But you found out he has the plans to build an invincable ship.
Yay, Chapter 392 came out. In this one, more of Robin's past is revealed and it's also revealed that Luffy MAY have giant blood in him.
