I started making a search engine for AS:Main, but AS itself isn't powerful enough for the actual parsing due to the fact it can't read the pages correctly and when it does it's alot less comfy then php, so I'll just make one in php soon

No chance of taking this off-site, the whole point of it is that it's NG's own homegrown AS resource. Next page, I may split it into two posts, which will give me more chars to play with (that list was 300 something short of the post limit)
Ok. I'm not too sure how you want me to APIT the tutorial, so I'll just post up a small tutorial on just basic drawing, and someone else can either explain to me how I can take off from there, or mod mine to suit APIT. Either way is fine.

Got'cha. I was confused because the tutorial was meant to be basic. And I don't think it's possible to mod APIT for freeform drawing. One reason would be because you wouldn't be able to detect and seperate different lines/curves using AS.

Ah, cool. Yeah, make sure you post links in here to any AS threads you make, since I can't monitor the forum 24/7, and I may miss the occasional one. I've added that to the list, thanks for making it =)

It covers strings as primitive variables, not the class/object String.
Good tutorial, Inglor.

Hey,I made a Platformer Game tutorial. It's the one I made on NGcollabs.
http://newgrounds.co../topic.php?id=339029
Also,is there an AS tutorial for scrolling bars for text?(like the one to scroll a screen adn stuff)
I hope that AS: Main isn't like a club or something cause I just made a tutorial about copy protection for this tread. I hope it gets added. I really worked hard on it.

Scratches from the cursor... or like the cursor ripping the background... that would be awesome. Random 5 sided shatter of a movie clip... um... electricity or lighting coming from the cursor. those would be advanced I would think...
heres a tutorial for you Hope it gets added
