If you're making a collab, projects have some shared storage in Team Tools that you can use for that purpose, as long as each file is under 100 MB. It's probably even better to keep those files under the project than randomly across multiple people's file dumps…
That screenshot that says 1,000 MB, that's on the main Dump page for you? As a Supporter you should see 1.3GB there, I see 1.3GB when I go there at least... Unless I have some staff exception that I totally forgot about over the years. Non-Supporters were 512 MB so it's possible Supporters have always been 1,000 MB and I'm the one who is confused, looking into it. I've updated the Wiki to say 1 GB for now.
UPDATE: I do indeed have an extended allocation that I forgot about years ago. Whoops! The Wiki now shows the correct amount.
