Sorry, for not being too active. School's been kicking my ass lately. But I started a small challenge for myself in terms of art. Lately I've been really digging Disco elysium's art style and with me being a bit too obsessive with Splatoon at the moment I thought why not try to draw some of the characters in the DE artstyle. Feel like it's a good way to keep my art fresh and to experiment with my own style a bit. Only have a very rough sketch of Shiver so far, gonna work on the damm hands actually holding the fan. Also need to figure out what colors i want to do with the background and whatnot. Anyways I hope I have enough steam to finish it.
Edit: I love how crunchy it looks on my laptop, lol. Really sorry about that guys

Exactly dude! I’m still somewhat happy since it looks way better than my previous sketches that I’ve done for her. But yes hopefully when the semester is over I’ll have time to redraw it
Finials are almost done anyways In the Splatoon art server I'm a part of. We currently have a small challenge to make redesigns of a Splatoon character. This month we're doing Shiver so here's what I'm working on. Still a messy sketch, but hopefully I can nail down the design and this sketch. I'm basing her redesign on the whole apocalypse vibe
Finished the Shiver design piece. Had a lot of fun with it even if I got sick in the middle of it unfortunately. Also I pretty much said Fuck you to the legs/feet because I do not want to draw them. Anyways I'm not sure if I'll make this as an offical art post here. Still up in the air about it, but I kinda wanna do Frye's and Big Man's design in this little fucked up world I created. Who knows? Maybe if I still have enough steam this summer

I like the overall aesthetic of this piece, however, I think shading the face would have done some great things to make it look more 3d and not have it so flat.
