So I was idly checking my stats today and noticed this:
For reference, I was higher than rank 2500 yesterday, or maybe the day before that. Here's the difference, according to NG Logs:
Bit weird, and I don't think it's only me either.
Edit: It's definitely not just me, these are Bomb's stats, and he's right at the top of the leaderboard.

Anyway, I believe this has something to do with the B/P Global Rank. Those of us in the Top 20 all have identical B/P and EXP ranks, except skatin-andy and anubite13 who are fighting between #15 and #14. Looks like anubite passed andy recently in B/P and as a result, the number for EXP rank got updated while B/P rank stayed the same. At least, that's just my theory on what's going on.

I would have to agree with the rest of the comments down here, most likely an update glitch in the NG servers relating to the global leaderboard scores. Welp, I may as well keep this snipped image of my glitchy stats as a special memory.
