Happy Pico Day!


Pico Day is a celebration of all things Newgrounds and this year we’re hosting a fan art contest, where everyone is invited to create and share fan art for anything they’ve enjoyed here on Newgrounds. There are prizes!


1st - $200

2nd - $150

3rd - $100

4th - $100

5th - $100


Upload your art by the end of today and tag it picoday2020 to participate. Remember: This can be fan art for ANYTHING you’ve enjoyed on NG, not just the original in-house characters!


Some highlights so far today:



Biggest of all, the Picollage is now live!



Thank you @BillPremo and @LoganPhresh for organizing the Picollage, thank you to the 56 brilliant artists who made pieces for it and thank you @Mike for making it all run! This is a spectacle to behold and such a wonderful way to celebrate 25 years of NG.


If you missed it, the Best of April was announced Thursday and HaxeFlixel Game Jam winners were announced Monday.


We also recently wrapped up a Talking Pet Animation Jam and winners for that will be announced shortly.

Yessss at last!! Happy Pico Day everybody!! Those artworks are absolutely raaad, it's kinda bizarre to already see Satina on some of them, but in a great way! Super-excited for the Picollage, everybody's been posting those incredible pieces of it here and there...
