I enjoyed it.
It stared out a little iffy. The beginning parts felt kinda rushed, but it got better.
It's really quite tame for a biopic about a rock and roll legend, though. It's rated PG-13.
Great music.
Nice. I will see this someday. Is it good enough to be a must see in theaters?
Jurassic World Fallen Kingdom was good. Better than the one before it, it left me wanting to see the next one. More interesting action, and one of the military guys is the actor who played Buffalo Bill.
i wonder what movies would go well this couple of months...since it's not even near the holiday season i figure it'd be a good month to watch some comedies... because i believe most of the holiday specials are meant to be family appropriate for the most part anyway... I'll just go with whatever i'm in the mood for.
Poltergeist 1982
I'm watching the star wars series with my brother. A classic series to watch.
If I have time tonight I want to check out The SpongeBob SquarePants Movie:Sponge out of water
Kong: Skull Island.
It's pretty much "Apocalypse Now" but with a Giant Kaiju punching Ape.
Just finished watching Home Alone. Such a classic movie

I'm watching the Mummy Returns. Because last night I watched the Mummy and was so upset by the fact 1999 was 20 years ago now I needed some steampunk blimp adventures.
In the middle of rewatching Nightmare on Elm Street 4. But my old crinkled ass is tired so I'm probably going to have to go to bed and finish it in the morning.

I fell asleep during my movie as well. I hate being old!
Did anyone over 30 finish their movie last night or did we all fall asleep????
We used to be immortal.
We used to take the night and dominate every our of it.
We'd stay up til 3 an then easily be up and ready the next morning!

Just finished Skyscraper, not great.
One and only time I'll probably ever see it.
I just bought They Live, I've seen it a couple of times a long time ago. First time I watched it high on pot, it's a good movie to watch stoned. I've been in the conspiracy mood lately.

so are you pozzed or negged now?
Watched 1995's Apollo 13 today. Really great film. Despite that fact that it's based on real event that I knew about prior to watching (Spoiler: The astronauts don't die), this film is really intense and kinda unsettling at certain points. The looming sense of danger that the three dudes in space encountered were palpable in this flick.
Plus, the level of detail that went into this movie to make it seem as realistic as possible was just astounding. I compared it to some historical footage that's on YouTube and some bits are near identical except with the movie's actors instead of the actual astronauts.
Also, Ed Harris, Kevin Bacon, Bill Paxton, Gary Sinise, and Tom Hanks were phenomenal in their roles. Brilliant casting.
Man, I'm just gushing on this movie, but I REALLY liked it. Go see it if you haven't. It's on Netflix at the time of this writing.
