I often run around naked when there's snow.

I went hiking in a snowstorm with just regular clothes once, just pants, shirt- summer jacket. By the end of the walk I was running to keep the temperature up, all joints stiffening up so it was hard to actually move fingers and stuff. That was probably around -20C. In retrospect a real adventure, but I don't think I enjoyed it at the time. :/
when it was windy and -5 here in vancouver eh
-45 but thats here in minnesota near north dakota so far this year we've had 30+ inches or snow and a average of -15 to -20 the worst being-45
I don't know how people on the east cost can bitch so much

why were you naked in zero degree weather
15 Celsius = 60 Farenheit. My fingers are grayer since.

w...what
10 degree celcius, which is considered cold already in my area. my fingers went numb but it was not bad.
and here is something more remarkable, i guess the fastest wind speed i have felt was somewhere between 100-120 km/h, near hurricane strength. i could barely stand.
There was a snowstorm back in '06 and my heat blew out. I dressed pretty lightly the entire time.
I find anything around 10 F to be "t-shirt weather".
But the coldest I've ever been out and about in would be about -20 F or somewhere around there.
Didn't even feel all that cold to be honest.....
I've been foolish enough to go skiing in -5 to -10 F, with the windchill in the mountains usually bringing that down to -15 to -20 F.
It doesn't matter how warmly you're dressed - you definitely feel that cold in your bones.
I had a fleece jacket and my regular clothes on, and decided to walk out into negative 35 degrees. Im intelligent.
Change is inevitable, all you can do is make sure it happens in your favor.
When i lived in Alaska i was out in like -30F
Somewhere in the ball park of -50°C which is -58°F. I can't remember if that was without or without the windchill.
Winnipeg.

Date unknown. -11 degrees celsius. Snowy. 10 km/h wind. I thought, I would die that day.
-9 fahrenheit
probably only 20 something with light clothing
I think around -25 C is the lowest I've been in. I haven't been much further north than where I live.
I've been out running during PE class back in England...it was snowing very badly at the time, 29in. of snow that couple nights I think. Never had such snows now I'm in the US, but that one was freezing cold!!

I thought Norway was a lot colder than Sweden, still we get at least -30C every winter. :/
I endured a little below 40 degrees Fahrenheit wearing only a muscle shirt and boxers.
Winters usually aren't that harsh where I live. Temperatures of around -10 degrees (C) are quite exceptional and I can't remember ever experiencing anything colder. I do recall that on one of such days there was some wind as well which made the wind chill temperature like -15 degrees (C). Still, I didn't think it was all that bad since at least the sky was clear blue and I didn't have to go outside all that much.
