People under 18 are all commies because they don't vote.

Sho nuff. ^_^
no, because I can think of two people that's better than those two.

Wether or not you're going to vote is fine but if you're going to get into the details of what you're voting about there's a whole section of the forum for that. Just saying.
The elections is just a facade of lies to make the people believe that they are in control. In reality, it is controlled by Ron Paul, (who in our time is in his early 30s) while the future Ron Paul (who created time travel to return to this time) is predicting disasters and trying to run for president (the ultimate acting role) to lower suspicions about him. Our national debt is also confirmed to be false, 16 trillion is too high for the average american to count to, in fact trillion is not even a real number, neither is billion. I pretty much gave up on life myself, im just waiting for the chosen one to come and take me out of this persona we called life, his name is...Neo.

you can't vote for the un-votable.
The day the Libertarians actually have a chance is the day I vote again.
In 2008, I voted for Obama and tomorrow, I'm voting for him again in light of how he has handled his presidency and how awful a Romney presidency would be.

Your vote doesn't matter because you refuse to vote. It amazes me that you wouldn't want to exercise the one political power you have as an ordinary citizen.
Then go and vote for none of the above. People have died so that future generations may exercise a right to be part of a democracy, even if it seems a shambles. Only participation moves anything forwards.
No. I don't believe anyone should vote. The Constitution of the United States of America states that it is our duty as citizens to keep the government in line, or to reform into such a governing force that will no longer be corrupt. While corruption is inevitable, it is certainly not postponable. It is my view that this government has run it's course, and that we, the people of the United States, in order to form a more perfect union, to establish justice, ensure domestic tranquility, provide for the common interest, promote general welfare and as responsible citizens of this country, secure the blessings of liberty to ourselves.
That is, until such a time when said liberty comes at the expense of our dignity as a people. Although a free government is needed, and deserved, that government should not always bend to the petty protests of the easily offended. No one should vote, until a candidate should arise that would bring us freedom anew, and raze the corruption of this government to the ground.

Not voting isn't going to make a perfect candidate magically appear. No one can please all the people all the time. It's been narrowed down to these two people whether we like it or not. It's up to us to pick the better of the two candidates that supports what we want the most, and not voting just increases the likelihood that the wrong person ends up in office.
There's never an excuse not to vote, well, maybe if your car drove off a cliff and you had to walk to the nearest polling place and didn't make it in time, then when you filled out an absentee ballot you tripped and fell unconscious till the election was over.
All I gotta say, is if you don't vote, don't expect to have anybody give a shit when you complain about any social issue. What should they care? Your opinions on social issues is obviously mute, void, and worthless if you aren't even willing to vote in order to decide their outcome. So what if you live in a swing state? So what if you live in a State that votes the complete opposite way you do, big fucking deal, people saying "no point." You are the very reason why your state or whatever never changes or has never had the status quo challenged, because you're all too pussy to made a difference.
Yes. I vote.

You obviously merely skimmed my argument. I stated, in my first paragraph, that as citizens it is our job to abolish corrupt governments. We deserve Democracy, not Representative Democracy. And even then Democracy will quickly decay into what it is now. And I speak of us as a people. if NO ONE were to vote, no one in turn could be elected.

I don't' live in one either and the state I do live in it probably the reddest of red state, but I still voted anyways; maybe out of defiance, maybe out of some belief of having some say when it doesn't matter i.e. Electoral College but still it's a right I like to exercise when I can do it even if it isn't a presidential year. I guess I feel like is an essential civil duty and I can see why some could careless.
