8/10, the blue theme looks nice and the little things on the background make it look cooler but I don't get what the LP has got to do with the eye? Also the font doesn't match...

Well it seems your using Fireworks. It's not all that great. The color doesn't match the NG BBS code at all. Fix that. The color scheme isn't all that great, and the fade behind the text can be removed. It's just way too simple.

Well heres an actual rate,
A good background would be better than just the plain black. The pictures are very low quality, aswell as the text. It's just too plain. It's missing everything thats needed in a great sig.

Decent except for a few odd fixes. Get rid of that half square border thing on the top right of the sig. Make the shine on Link's sword move much faster. Also, when he blinks, his eye lids are black, I would suggest making them a different color like the skin color on his face. Move the text over the left a bit also, I like the text. 6/10

I love the color scheme. The design is wild. It's all good. I think it just needs a tech boarder (like the boarder on the others of yours), but make it very thin. And use a larger, wilder looking font.
