THEN ... open a new file and draw samurai to depict you in the menu. Add the text :

Title of the scene :
Animation time : (not how many days , but how many hours you spent on it)
Way of the Samurai : this is what you did in order to get your part done in less than 24 hours ... so I suggest something like ... "I ignored the rules cuz I'm awesome!"

Damn, I have a problem and it's with the time of my animation. My part goes from 1:24- 1:36, so my part is 12 seconds. But, musically speaking...my part goes fro 1:24- 1:37.6, i.e. 13.6 seconds. The person that goes after me has like 1 second and 6 microseconds of my beat and I didn't noticed that till now.

I know it's not that much but when I watch my animation the ending kind of feels empty and rushed without those extra 1 second and 6 microsecs.

I'll edit my part and cut those 1 second and 6 seconds off because I know it could affect the parts that goes after me. I'll probably send it tomorrow. Be patience.

Update on Biff?

MAJOR UPDATE :: IMPORTANT INFO

The project is finally coming to close ... on PHASE 1. What the hell is PHASE 1?Oh hai, nice of you to ask... PHASE 1 will be the preliminary cut of the entire piece. Seeing as everyone interpreted their scene time differently (some by the beats, some by the numbers, some by neither), we've got a lot of art, that sometimes syncs, and many times ... does not. NOT A PROBLEM!

PHASE 2. After we've all seen a rough cut (which I will stitch together to the music), we will all see where the scenes will end and begin. I will do my best to make the edits live, in the file, so you all don't have to re-upload your FLAs. I'll then take the notes from PHASE 1 and work them into PHASE 2.

Final view ... and upload.

Everyone's parts look awesome. So I don't feel terrible that this process continues to be drawn out. That said, I'd like to have Phase 1 done by Thursday the latest. But that depends on when I get the parts.
