Ooooh I hope this theme involves fighting! Cause I'm itching to do a fight scene!

The current structure of the 24-hour collab doesn't include VO ... not yet.

Though perhaps our third round will ... of course, the more factors to juggle, the more difficult to coordinate over 24 hours.

I can make something! Not trying to sound cocky or anything but I can animate pretty well....although I want to ask if I make a part will I be co-authored? Cuz if not I just feel like I'm wasting my time...

The purpose of animating is to have fun, and being co-authored is just a bonus.

Yeah I know, and I have tons of fun. I just feel like I woulda wasted my time cuz I coulda used it to work on my own animations...

at this point - not everyone who makes a part will be co authored - but that could change i suppose

I'll try. The animation on my page is pretty crappy, but I like to think I've improved.

I may be able to participate if nothing gets in the way. If anything, the best that I could do is just a little bit of actionscript on buttons, a little bit of artwork, etc.

I would totally do this...but I am going to be deep in a forest over the weekend, trying to forget about my so-called real-life. I'm pretty sure I have the shittiest timing of anyone alive.

I'll give this a shot. Nothing going on for me on Sunday, so I should be able to make something nice and decent.

I would like to join! Other than church from 9-11, I don't have anything planned. I can animate 10-20 seconds.

Red is the man with the plan ... and I believe at this very moment is likely finishing up some planning.

Coming up with a list, based on requests, invitations, folks posting in the thread ... then figuring out how that affects the number of slots needed for the song, etc... there's a lot of factors involved.

When something is known, I'm sure Red will post ... pretty sure ... kinda. :P

at the moment the slots are pending - which is why i am waiting to announce the parts till later on.

Reason for that is im still waiting on some finishing touches on ockeroids song!

Even they don't know. It'll boil down to the wire. But if this turns out to be something more and more artists enjoy (and that you guys continue to want to participate in), there are plans to not only streamline the process of making it happen (including artist selection ... line-up) ... but also hopefully getting some staff involvement ...

... that is something I will be pushing ... like a crack dealer ... with no munnies.

I want to thank everyone for all of the interest due to the length of the song the spots became quite limited! a lot of the decision making came from maybe not having enough on your user page for me to make an informed choice! but if anyone is interested in being a stand by just let us know asap!

ALSO - i was thinking that there was so much interest that maybe someone should take control and create a "Disc 2" sort of thing? - - if someone who has a good enough batting average wants to do something like that let me know and me and rice will gladly endorse/promote it!

So those of you on the list - keep your eyes peeled at midnight!
