still life...again

this time its a can of belton spray paint, some spray paint caps, a "mop"(refillable pen), and an old magnum...

anyhow this was fun

I was sitting here doing some posemaniacs when i noticed that bob ross was about to come on.

i've never tried to follow along to an episode before, let alone to use a different medium while trying to follow....but for whatever reason i was filled with artistic gumption and saddled up for the task at hand

to be honest i didnt like the landscape he was doing, it isnt something i would paint myself atleast not this particular scene or style, however that is the reason that i wanted to do it, and possibly the reason i had so much fun...

i think im going to try to do this again next time bob ross is on the tv.

Amazing works on your still life's, they look pretty spot on. Also, great work with your follow along. :D If I had tv, I'd try that as well, now that I know something about painting haha.

I wonder if he's on youtube...

took pictures across the street in the little park/garden trying to really understand color and shadow now, it really is amazing to find out how wrong i am sometimes when im trying to find a color...i also tried using a new brush on this one (since i usually only use like 4 brushes DX) anyhow

and ya there is nothing like being a grown person with no kids asking for a kids menu and a box of crayons everytime you go to eat :D

it's been a while, i moved lately, didnt have internet, or time to paint and i still havn't found my camera connection thingy mabobber, so i cant show all the crap ive been doing in pencils recently. and as i just located my drawing tablet today :D

so today im gonna share my random faces from imagination of varying levels of failure. i've drawn alot from reference and life lately trying to get better with faces. this just showed me how much more i need to work and study
