Another thing that pisses me off about that competition is that all but two of the match-ups are completely unfair, usually a big-ass game company with millions of fans against a small indie developer that has one or two games under its belt...
Yep I noticed the balancing issue as well. I can't say it was meant to be that way but it does look like it was set up for that the semi-finals and finals would be a gigantic mashup of top rated developers and beating one another senseless with their oversized heads. Just a wee bit unfair, somebody toss Dad into WoW and see how all those petty night-elfs and Orcs fare hehe.
