Dude, I can't answer all the questions you are sure to have. Just toy around with photoshop, look at the tutorial I have made, go on googles and search for more tutorials on Flash and Photoshop.
Now what I meant by drawing with the mouse is that you just select the paintbrush tool and make outlines with it O.o that's all. Then you color them in on a separate underlying layer. It's faster than scanning in some drawings, but damn I can't draw squat with a mouse.

First things first; type using proper spelling and grammar. Everyone can just barely make out what you're trying to tell us. It's not nice to give us those mind games, get to the FRIGGING POINT.
Check the pictures I posted on pages one and two; you can tell the diference between the first one and the ones after that, you have to PRACTICE PRACTICE PRACTICE! You have what you need to draw well, just practice and eventually you would start to get the hang of it.

yeah u need to get flash go to www.macromedia.com and download the trial u like it u buy it. Now look even with a simpel bitmap trace i transform your pixeld link into this link

Depends on what you want. If you want to draw pictures, get a photoeditor like Adobe Photoshop or Jasc Paintshop. Either one are about the same.
If you want to make Flash animations, get Flash (duh.)
The newest Flash software can be found on Macromedia's website, www.macromedia.com. Get a 30 day trial version, or *ahem* "buy" the real one by retail or through other means.
If you are only having a 12 year old's impulse to do something, and you know you will soon get bored of it and quit (in my mind I keep thinking you're a kid who just got to Newgrounds and want to jump on the bandwagon to make animation, even though you have no artistic background whatsoever), then don't bother at all because Flash is expensive if you get it legally.
If you are planning on professionally using Flash as a career, I suggest getting a graphic tablet for your computer while you're at it. But I think you should get your artistic abilities up to par first.
I use Flash MX personally. It's the newest Flash program. I'm not allowed to help you get a copy, but I did make my robot from it!
