but hell if you want you stuff to look good, you use da best. Or learn FLash properly. Which I don't feel like doing because its helluva boring. I wish someone would just fuse Flash and Photoshop into one program so I wouldn't need to learn how to draw with the crappy Flash tools.

that is a preity damn good tutorial. congrats! yeah it sucks that i would have to hand draw thow, because i am deformed. :( but hey, we just got a new scaner, high class mofo to. i will look into it.

Well you don't have to hand-draw
You can draw with you mouse and color it, simple. But that's a tutorial that shows the confusing part: getting a scanned pic on the comp and separating the ink from the bg. I have improved on this technique though, so if you ever want to know about that, email me : )
And to luigi: I am not the creator of Rockman Neo, Andrew Dickman is, I'd be happy if I was the guy who made that or if I had half the animating skills that guy has O.o

you can find a couple of trial dowloads here but I doubt you'll ever get your hands on a legitimate copy of photoshop as it costs around 700$.

Computer software is expensive. Anyways I don't have time to help people much with their Flash work and all, I'm sorry, but you're on your own.
