You can complete a level with 100% by only clicking on enemies (so not the ground or anything like that) and collecting all the coins. You can not get this on level 1.
The hidden screen can be found in the upgrade shop. You can see the word 'Money' in the top-right corner. Click the space above it.
I also have a question regarding this game: for getting an achievement in gameplay time, do you really have to play (so, battle) or can you just go to the menu screen and leave it alone?
I think it was battle time. I remember I didn't get the achievement by just leaving the game open. I would go to lvl 1, beat the all the enemies except one. Then just wait until you die (should take a while), then rinse and repeat. It's been a while, so sorry if I'm not 100% correct on this one.
Also, 37 out of the last 40 reviews for Gravitee Wars are people saying the game doesn't work, along with a nice little 0 vote (or another low grade). I can't believe how dumb people are, why would someone see a shitload of reviews saying a game doesn't work, then test it and think holy cow, it doesn't work! let's tell the world about it, and ruin the score of an awesome game! Just be patient, the author will fix it soon. =/

Ahh it meant 100% accuracy, that makes much more sense and for the time achievement I'm pretty sure you can get it while you're in the shop. I received at least one of them while I was in there.

Is the 'Maxed Squad' medal broken in 'Gravitee Wars'? I've bought all the units available (6) and upgraded all of their health and accuracy. I've even got the awards for getting my team max health & accuracy but still no medal.

God, I hated the first and now I hate the second even more. I thought we learned something from Wind Rider: Grand Prix am I rite? I mean, Line Runner 2 took the whole concept and downgraded it to its worst. You can't see anything blur by you at times, and then when you get hit by three mines or more you slow down so much it's sure you're not gonna win. After that, it's like why bother? Not even the medals are going to tempt me to try to beat the rest of that game, and I've already earned the super-easy 100-point medal for hitting 30 mines at a boss, you can do it on the first stage without even needing to blink an eye, literally. It happens that fast.

It still aggravates me immensely. I don't want to take the time to memorize each level. Then again, the only super hard ones are Mad Santa and the boss on stage 5.
Is it just me? or when i try to play mission 6 the game freezes?
The medals are accepted when you are in level design, so I made some helpful stuff.
Go into author and type in, "Vandal2" it will come up with my levels, for the 5000 rings and a "certain other" medal.
Ignore the Over 9000 level, that was just me testing the game.
