Maybe you should have an auto pm or e-mail thing for the voters. Because I didn't know know I could vote last month until about the 3rd or 4th.

All 2,000 people didn't vote last month? I was pretty sure I voted. I usually vote every month. Anyway, I wouldn't mind an automatic PM sent to me to remind me though because sometimes I don't remember or even see it when going to my account page.

I quit voting a long time ago... either because I'd forget or because I hadn't seen most of the entries. A pm reminder or something that pops up when you log in might help (who checks their account options everyday?!) You could also add a little check box in people's profiles that says 'include/exclude me from monthly voting'.
I vote every month even though I've only ever liked about eight entries I've put in my top ten.
