It's back to school for me. Starting my Junior year this time around. So far it's been off to a good start. I have a feeling that this school year may actually be fun.

New Guitar
Well, I'm ordering the new guitar I need for school. I'm very stressed out though, it's hard to choose the right one. I think I'll go with the Jose Ramirez R2 because you can't go wrong with a JR, but I don't have any way to play it to test it out before I buy. They have a nice return policy, but I'm still hesitant.

That's a whole bunch to pay for a classical guitar. Is it mindblowingly awesome?
Well, from what I've read and seen it's a really nice student model guitar. It has a ceder top and laminate sides and back. The laminate shouldn't be a problem as long as long as you have a good top. JR are really nice guitars, and was the same luthier of Andres Segovia.

Apophys has horrible anti-aliasing issues. The randomization function for starting things off makes pretty good results. You should seek something with better edge rendering and continue doing the post editing after getting the main subjects done. If you are into it, I'm sure theres something you could throw like $80 at and get way better results.

Spelunk through the video game music section till you find an 8bit song, check if the artist does exclusively 8bit or not.
Ng search for '8-bit' 'vg music' or w/e might help pin point some stuff down.
Alternatively check out this site, it also uses creative commons license and is solely 8bit music.

Firefox. My screen is 19 inch (can be wrong though) and my resolution is 1280x768.
Try to zoom out and see if you see them too.
