What if the picture wasn't that great quality, would you still have let it be submitted? I honestly wouldn't let anything pass if it was submitted after the deadline regardless of quality. There was like a month to do these pictures and for some reason people decide to try and submit stuff at the last minute? What excuse can anyone have for not submitting the picture like 5 minutes earlier? It's not like they have to go out of the house and show up at class or work or something to submit it, they can just do it whenever they feel like it from home.

Wow. I can not love the mods judging this contest enough. I honestly didn't know if I would place at all, there were so many good pieces submitted before I submitted mine. I started working on it when we finished working on Closure. If not for the long extended timeframe I don't think I would have been able to finish even the drawing part. Def out of my top 5 :) StarOgre's definitely put the effort in with the detailing on the shell and wings ( and I like the brown), sucho's personality shines out from his pic as much as his pet and his impressive skills, and I love the irritated scariness from comick's bold strokes. poxpower's is bottled up awesomeness, and deadspread's pics made me laugh hard, but they always have in the past.
