"Let's show them a thing or three!"

This song was written by me with SNES GSS, a program used to compose music for the Super Nintendo. With it comes all the glaring limitations of the console. It's a tedious challenge to compose music with the software, but not impossible. This track was made for my very not real RPG, Crystal Crusade II. I always dreamed of being a video game composer, so I'm composing soundtracks for made up games. The first one I started was Crystal Crusade IV, which is meant to emulate the sound of a PS1-era RPG like Final Fantasy VII. I started with IV in case I ever wanted to go back and do soundtracks in the SNES and NES styles. III would also be in the SNES style whenever I get to it, and the first would be NES. V and VI, if I ever make it that far, will be in the PS1 style, and any subsequent soundtracks would have no imposed limitations. The goal of all this is to really appreciate the hard work of my video game composer heroes and learn from the masters like Nobuo Uematsu, Yasunori Mitsuda, David Wise, Koji Kondo, ect.
