Hey everyone. Troisnyx writing, and coming up with more A Reyvateil's Melody stuff.

So, this was one of three short fragments of Hymmnos music done as birthday gifts again, this time for our doujin circle's resident artist asa+kari. I and several others embarked on this project unbeknownst to her, and worked based on prompts that she'd written for these short fragments, which are all meant to be sung by her original Reyvateil character, a plant whisperer girl called Shia.

This one is an interesting one. It's a duet, between Shia and another Reyvateil OC called Quivora. It is a song depicting a spell cast by two people. Quivora masters the elements of water and thunder; Shia focuses on plants and fire. The title says it all: steam pandemonium -- the two girls sing to conjure up fire that transforms acidic water into steam that irritates and damages enemies.

Tiago did the mixing and mastering for this piece, and a damn fine job he did too. I can compose EDM to some extent but he's far more versed in the art of this stuff -- and besides, even if I did try my hand at mixing this, my poor little laptop would not be able to handle the strain.
