Recording taken from a live reading session of this piece. Please forgive some errors :)
Instruments are Violin, Bb Clarinet, Bassoon, and Vibraphone: an eclectic quartet with an interesting combination of colors. This arrangement is based on an old folk tune of the same name, likely originating from Palestine - though the exact origins are unknown. It would be played at weddings, and this is demonstrated through the energetic vibe of the piece. I tried to keep those qualities intact when translating it to this group. Aside from the basic melody, everything else is material I've added to fill out the music.
