Oh look! Burn7 did another song that everybody and their cats and dogs and goats and overlords have already made a cover of! Throw that on the pile with the Zelda one and the Pokemon ones!

Yeah, but I did this for a buddy of mine. So your cats, dogs and Zerg supply depots can all go fuck themselves.

CaptainHicks (The guy who writes/animates the awesometastic Goremaster series) asked me to do a Goremaster Christmas Collab project. The deal was I write music, and he does fuck everything else. Never one to pass up an opportunity that shows exactly how much I like doing less work than other people do, I accepted. And this thing was born.

I'm thinking of releasing a "Burn7 Edit" version since I wrote this to coincide with the Flash animation, and I had a LOT of other ideas for this song. That would explain why there's only like 45 seconds-worth of metal in this thing and no solos or anything fancy. It's a fairly simple melody, and the structure of the original piece allows for a lot of freeflowing interpretation when it comes to covering the song. But... You gotta be nice to the folks you work for.
