dorking around practicing, made something that sounded "fun" which is unusual cause if I'm stream of consciousness writing it always ends up dramatic and shit. But this kinda sounded like an anime opening so I rolled with it.

Dunno what it is about that chorus bit that makes it sound so cutesy but it does nice things to my ears.

I did something weird with the leads where I ran the DI input into dual-layered negative phasers first, THEN the amp sim. It's probably most noticeable around 1:50-ish or so during that lead harmony riff thing. I really like the tone it gives it, almost a pseudo auto-wah or something. It's just a touch of lushness in there.

Note: Only after recording everything did I realize how bad the feedback is on the guitars. I think I broke my DI box when I re-set up my recording stuff god dammit.
