Rather obviously artificial

I'm sorry, but this piece appears almost as manufactured as the Spice Girls. I think that with the way that everything has been set up, particularly with the really fast plucking work up and down the chords, there is a real sense of there being something amiss on this track.

You could really use some vocals on this track, but with the way that you set out to get the track across could use some work as well. I feel that there's something amiss with that it's not really there with the traditional feel of a lead and rhythm guitar. The drums were good, but I can feel that the drums were picked out by someone who probably isn't a drummer - did you hit another drum with the cymbal hits? When you've got the high hat bouncing like you have in the track, it's not really needed, I'll admit, but there's no real massive cymbal crashes, which would seem to be needed two or three times to add punctuation

Needs vocals

A very nice track, I especially like the somewhat unique drums here (especially the intro riff is very nice). It's also nice that you gave the bass a bit more exposure. That instrument is sometimes very hard to make out and people miss out on some great bass riffs. So it's a good thing when the bass gets it's own little soli from time to time.

I also like the guitar, it sometimes plays a very upbeat, almost ska-like riff which creates a pretty happy atmosphere.

The only thing the song is missing now are some vocals. I think vocals would be a good addition to this song.

Very awesome piece

Really liked the intro, sounded amazing.

Drums: Really enjoy how fast they keep going constantly. What kind of drum samples are these?

Bass: Delivers a good hard hitting solid piece of work here.

Guitar: Good grief that's very fast guitar strumming and a funky beat you got going there.

Overall: Kind of makes me think of this as an opening to some kind of mystery/romance show or something, nice work Sawdust!
