Batibat -Unabridged-

Now this track is one I’ve had a very solid concept on long before it was made, I’ve always wanted to make symphonic DnB, because it is a very nice melodic variation of normal DnB and I felt like this would be a genre I can have a lot of ideas writing on.

Writing this track was a very challenging and rewarding task, I tried to push myself into new boundaries I haven’t touched on before as a composer, and I think this resulted in one of the best tracks in the album overall.

I was kind of in the zone while writing this track and when I initially finished the arrangement, it was nearly 10 minutes long, I managed to cut it down to 8 minutes, but of course this is still really long compared to the tracks in the album. I was apprehensive of people being turned off from this track because of its length, which resulted in me creating an abridged version of this track and releasing it separately as a single for anyone who wants to listen to this track but doesn’t want to go through the entire 8 minutes.

I still recommend listening to this track over the abridged version though, since the story that I wanted to tell in this track is shown in its full colors in this one, it is called the “Unabridged” version after all.
